Dana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She brings 15 years of experience in mining industry accounting, 15+ years in leadership roles for a staffing firm as well as one of the largest gold producers in the world where she was responsible for leading approximately 1500 c-suite, technical professional, and skilled trades hires per year. Dana co-founded P&C Recruiting and HR with Rhonda Zuraff in 2017.
Dana is involved in several state mining trade associations as well as the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a certified trainer for DISC personality and behavior assessing.
Dana enjoys spending time with family as well as beach vacations. One of her passions is the ‘Pray for Life Foundation which was developed in memory of her son, Jeston Pray, supporting various aspects of organ transplantation. Rhonda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and has completed graduate-level studies in Human Resource Management. She brings over 20 years of experience in operational leadership roles for two public companies within the media and mining industries. Rhonda co-founded P&C Recruiting and HR with Dana Pray in 2017.
She is involved in several state mining trade associations as well as the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration, the Arizona Mining Association, Board Member of NAATBatt which is focused on the emerging sector of advanced battery technology in North America, PDAC (Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada), and AME (Association for Mineral Exploration). She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a licensed insurance producer in Nevada, Utah, and Arizona.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, motorcycling, and traveling. Some of her favorite things to do include attending concerts and college football games (her daughters are rivals at the University of Montana and Montana State University) as well as decorating and cooking for the holidays and hosting dinner parties with friends and family.
DeDe brings 30 years of experience in the mining industry including 14 years in Human Resources and Recruiting. She has Advanced Certification in Employment Law from the Institute for Applied Management and Law. DeDe is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a certified trainer for DISC personality and behavior assessing.
DeDe enjoys spending time with family and riding at the sand dunes.
Mikeala has taken courses at Truckee Meadows Community College as well as attended the Aveda Institute in Portland, OR. She has over 13 years of experience in the service industry including work as a cosmetologist.
Recruited by P&C Recruiting and HR in 2021 for her outgoing personality and ability to build rapport with people, she values making a positive difference in the lives of others through her work as a Recruiter.
In her free time, Mikeala loves music and going to concerts and she loves her coffee and dogs (she wants to get more involved in dog rescue). She has a large family and enjoys spending time with them as well as traveling to the Oregon Coast.
Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She brings experience within the insurance and construction industries as well as 3 years of experience in industrial recruiting including Executive/c-suite level staffing.
In her free time, Christine enjoys running with her dog, reading mystery novels, and trying to get things to grow in her garden.
Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and a Master’s degree of Science in Administration with a concentration in Public Administration. She brings 5 years of experience in the recruiting industry for a large national firm specializing in a variety of industries.
In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and trying new DIY projects.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry. She brings 11 years of experience in recruiting within the mining industry. Emily has Advanced Certification in Employment Law from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.
Emily’s family has a long history in mining within the Silver Valley of Idaho where she enjoys camping with her family as well as hiking and fishing.
Nicole has a successful background as recruiter within the e-commerce, mining, healthcare and construction sectors. Before joining the Talent Acquisition field, Nicole served as an EMT in the Las Vegas Valley. Nicole is focused on serving client employers and candidates with her collaborative approach on bridging the gap between exceptional talent and organizations, fostering meaningful connections, and helping to successfully connect people with their next career opportunity.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, live music and spending time with her family, friends and 2 dogs.
Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a Minor in Political Science as well as a M.L.S. degree in Indigenous Peoples Law. She brings 20+ years’ experience in the mining industry and she has held several leadership roles within mining industry trade associations.
Pamela currently resides in Texas where she enjoys golfing, traveling, her dogs, and playing Mah Jongg.
